MLB Probable Pitchers for Friday, April 7 (Who's Starting for Every MLB Team?)

Weekend series' get underway on Friday with a loaded MLB slate, including a familiar matchup as Clayton Kershaw and Madison Bumgarner face off on the mound for the second time this season when the Los Angeles Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks meet up in Arizona.
